Woodlea – A Favorite for Families in Perth

Woodlea offers 14 en suite bedrooms, many located on the ground floor for easy access. Each room has a flat-screen TV and a fully stocked coffee and tea tray with biscuits. The dining room, where breakfast is served, retains original hand-painted cornices and coving from the building's historic decor.

A freshly cooked breakfast is served each morning in the dining room, using local produce from Perthshire butchers and farms. Guests choose from full Scottish breakfast, continental options, or vegetarian alternatives such as vegetarian haggis. Homemade marmalade and fruit compotes are prepared on site by the hosts.

Woodlea is a 6-minute walk from Perth city centre, railway station, and bus station. Scone Palace and Perth Race Course are both 2 miles from the property. Blair Castle and Cairngorms National Park are within a 1-hour drive, and St Andrews is 45 miles away.

Limited free parking is available on site, with additional street parking nearby. Luggage storage is offered for early arrivals or late departures. A guest lounge with shared TV area and board games is provided for relaxation.

The hotel accommodates special dietary requests, including gluten-free and vegan options at breakfast. A bar with wine and champagne is available for guests. Designated smoking areas and family rooms with extra space are provided.
